Plugins doesn't get loaded in Release

It appears that in Release build the plugin verifier compares binaries using a non-compatible hash.
Once hash protection is disabled in the code, all plugins gets loaded

interesting, in the sandbox all plugins are loaded... maybe the file has not been overwritten

Weirdly when building debug build there's no issue.
