I have a problem with this version, with koboldcpp.exe, in Avast Free it tells me about the malicious file and puts it in quarantine, and when I start it it shows me the typical message "Windows protected your PC" and I really don't know what to do anymore.

It's a false positive. The file is safe. You can add it to the exception list.
