[Feature Request] Custom defaults for Stable UI

It would be nice if we could set up custom defaults for the Stable UI using a configuration file or command line arguments. While we've got the --sdgendefaults flag that only works on the regular Kobold interface.

It wouldn't be too hard to expose some local API in python that returns *passed in config* || {} and to modify the kcpp sdui fork to use that API to set the defaults rather than relying just on localStorage. However, that implies that somebody here would have to touch the Vue code.
