LCPP UI sometimes shows the lite UI

**Describe the Issue**
http://localhost:5001/lcpp/?new_chat=true#/ shows the lite UI

When I click "New Chat" in lcpp, everything works fine.

When I hit F5, I get lite UI instead.

KoboldCpp 1.103
