[FEATURE REQUEST] Multi host support

[Low-Frequency]

Add support to backup multiple hosts including multiple instances to the same repo.

Ideas:

• main branch as default branch. Populate with README.md containing an overview of the functionality
• One branch per host. Default the branch to $(hostname -s)
  • Branch override has to be possible to ensure fresh installs can restore even if hostname isn't the same
