Create a DRR function

I need a function for the DRR that takes the following inputs:

• 3D CT Volume --or-- 3D Vessel Volume size: (512,512,96)
• Angle of the projection

and produces the output:

• 2D projection size: (256,256)

Have it almost implemented locally. I only still have to fix the rotation angle input as a rotation|translation matrix is used. This still has to be fixed

Function is implemented parameterized by rotation in degrees. Commit is made and push to branch main
