Changing the field-type to `lines` or `enum` in the model_config might lead to a bug in the preprocess image

Changing the `type` of a field to or from `lines` or `enum` in the model_config but **not** updating the type in the form_config will lead to bugs in the preprocess image.

This should be fixed in the API, but I am noting it here as well.
