Pirate English shows the flag of Portugal

This is a minor bug report, but at the moment luckperms.net shows the Portuguese flag for Pirate English, instead of a pirate flag, as I suppose is intended.

I believe the issue stems from Crowdin's use of en-PT / en_PT as the language tag, which is incorrect according to the IETF standard and should instead be something like en-pirate. They are unlikely to change that, so I'd say it would better to just handle that corner case in the code.
