poor performance(fps)

i tested deprecated version

and compared the result

at 720p
old one shows stable 45fps+

this one(luckfox_pico_rtsp_opencv) only shows about 11fps

luckfox_pico_rtsp_opencv_capture is even worse, only showing 8fps

something is wrong with these examples, not as optimized as the old one

The old version of the routine is based on the kernel 5.10.110 implementation and is done using the VPSS component for image format processing; The main branch of this repository is based on the 5.10.160 implementation, the new kernel can't get images from the VPSS component, so it's mainly implemented with CPU software, the frame rate will be reduced, you can use RKRGA to accelerate image processing if necessary.
This repository only provides a use case, mainly to ensure that users can understand the use of rkmpi, not to optimize performance
At the same time, 45fps+ should be a problem with the code that counts the frame rate in the source code, and the ISP of rv1103/rv1106 only supports up to 30 fps, and the actual video frame rate when pushing the stream is definitely lower than 30 fps.
