Feature request: Jellystat support

The deployment supports with Tautulli for Plex but it would be good to have a similar tool for Jellyfin, https://github.com/CyferShepard/Jellystat. They publish docker images that can be integrated to compose https://hub.docker.com/r/cyfershepard/jellystat
