Add DICOM support in web version #3
Description
Unlike NifTi images, DICOM images come in the form of multiple files (1 per slice) stored in a reference folder.
The PyQt (original) version supports DICOM images, but the web version doesn't stream it yet.
This feature must be added to the streamlit version of the application.
