Unable to add watch again

What version of Integration has the issue?

After updating Home Assistant to v 2025.2.0 integration does not work anymore. Sensors showed "not available".
Tried to add the watch again, but error "Email Address or Phone number does not exist".

Login to Xplora App is working.

Deleted everything and installed completely new - same problem.

After trying to add the integration again, there is the response "already_in_progress". With both variants, email and phone number.

Which local firewall do you mean? Do you mean an operating system firewall or a real firewall? I've also noticed that my app works better in the LTE network than in the WLAN. But I haven't changed anything anywhere.

I thought FritzBox Firewall filter settings blocked the connection. But it did not. I had a sync of 30 seconds configured in the integration. This is too high, and Xplora blocked my IP. I had a support case and Xplora confirmed this. If local IP changes the Xplora service is available again. I now set sync to 60 seconds, no problem until now. pille89 ***@***.***> schrieb am So., 16.
