Add TCP mode

Hello,

Could you please add option for TCP mode ?

Some gateways like mine do not support the ENH/ENS protocol and require standard TCP connection.

Currently, I have to override the device settings by passing `--device=tcp:IP:PORT` in the custom command options to make it work.
It would be cleaner to have this as a standard configuration option.
