Question about iPhone 3GS new boot ROM downgraded deep sleep bug

Hello,

I have an iPhone 3GS downgraded to iPhone OS 3.1.3

I did this downgrade like years ago using something called alloc8, and it has the deep sleep bug were if you lock your iPhone it will take a few seconds to wake up.

But now you can do this downgrade using Legacy iOS Kit, does this tool fix this issue?

I wanted to ask before trying this.
