[Feature Request]: Add Alarm Control Panel Support (domain alarm_control_panel) using ModeSelect cluster (currently not supported on controller side)

I have an alarm panel in HA, via MQTT, and I would like to expose to to Google Home/Assistant via Matterbridge, however, it doesn't seem to be supported at the moment.

Support to be added for alarm panel devices into the matterbridge-hass plugin

None. I really want to do it via Matterbridge-hass.

can you send me screenshot of your "alarm panel in HA, via MQTT, " so I understand what it is exactly.

Then we can think about adding it like a contact sensor or something like that. Alarm panel doesnt exist in matter but maybe we can find some replacement.

I need an equivalent on matter or the controllers to support mode select. At the moment they do not (only Home Assistant does).
