Incorrect Cover Open/Close status

Describe the bug

Cover's status is reported incorrectly. For example, I have a cover that is now fully open (100%), but it is reported as Closed (0%).

I'm using SmartThings platform. Now if I go to the settings and toggle "Reverse device operation", it will still mess up the reporting but now limited to the cover percentage. Open is reported correctly as open, however 100% is reported as 0%.

This is very different from what I see in HomeAssistant (via MQTT integration). Since both are getting data from Zigbee2MQTT, I suspect it is this plugin that is not doing the conversion correctly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a fresh installation with a Cover device (Zemismart / tuya, if that matters)
2. Pair with SmartThings app
3. Open the Cover in SmartThings app
4. See the opposite reporting out of the box, when compared with HomeAssistant with the latter is correct.

Expected behavior
Expect the cover status and percentage reporting to be correct (i.e. working out of the box)

there is a setting on the device page in z2m frontend to control this.

Yes I found it in device specific settings to Invert Cover.

This does solve the problem for Matter, but now it creates an incorrect reporting in HA (which has a workaround by using a template entity it seems). Not ideal, but I think this is more of a bug in HA at this point
