Update & restart entities

How can I prevent these entities being expose to matter fabrics? I don't really want anyone to be able to walk into my kitchen and restart matterbridge with a voice prompt!!

Using home assistant + matterbridge add-on. I can be selective with the HA entities I expose but these two show up by default, it seems.
