Feature description
Add a module, or modules, that can convert NFM with appropriate RRC filtering options into various digital bit or dibit values (depending on symbol level) at various symbol rates which can then be sent to a TCP or UDP Network sink similar to how Radio and Network Sink work for Audio. Also allow for dibit files to be recorded and saved. Only the bit or dibit stream would be sent, the decoding would rely on third party software to decode.

Examples include:

P25, DMR, M17, dPMR, YSF Fusion FSK4 (4800 symbols per second) into a dibit stream.
P25 CQPSK (4800 symbols per second) into a dibit stream.
P25 CQPSK (6000 symbols per second) into a dibit stream.
P25 H-DQPSK (π/4-DQPSK) into a dibit stream.
P25 H-CPM into a dibit stream.
NXDN4800 and NXDN9600 (using 2400 and 4800 symbols per second) into a dibit stream.
EDACS, Provoice FSK2 (9600 symbols per second) into a bit stream.
DSTAR (4800 symbols per second) into a bit stream.
