[Bug Report] Apollo errors out on startup

Checklist before creating an issue:

• I'm using the latest version of Apollo.
• I'm using the latest version of Lunar Client. (Relaunched in the last hour)
• I'm running Apollo on ONLY the backend server OR the proxy. (YOU CANNOT RUN IT ON BOTH)

Issue Description

I start up a local hosted server with just a plugin I'm working on and apollo and get the following exception. This happened on my older version of apollo I had been using before and I suddenly got this error there too. After upgrading, there seems to be no difference
