Remove Python 3.9 Support (after 2025-10) #7

Description

@LunarEclipse363

This issue serves as a sort of early announcement

Essentially I want to use match statements and those are a Python 3.10+ feature, but I've been supporting 3.9 for now because apparently some people interested in using this project were still running that.

Python 3.9 is going end-of-life in October 2025, so I think it's fair to drop support for it after that time.

This will come in a future minor release (not a patch release) after that time.

I am willing to delay this change if there's demand for this project supporting Python 3.9 for a longer time, but ideally not too long.
