Suggestion to update the android samples to use Volk #319
Description
In tag 1.1.0, I showed that it is quite simple to use Volk to load Vulkan.

I have more or less a copy of your Android code sample.
It should be easy for you.
They already use VOlk in the KhronosGroup Vulkan Samples. That is how I heard about it.
