limel-table: Sticky columns

## New feature motivation
One of our customers has requested if they could have some sticky columns, because they're working with some potentially big tables in a customization, where the first 4 columns are important.

## New feature description

Suggested way is making a property on the table, that decides how many columns (from the left) that should be sticky.
