Missing DLLs error on Windows #68

@bananenpampe

Description

@bananenpampe

Even after installing the latest vesin, I have reports that vesin complains about missing DLLs:

I am afraid that I do not have exact system specs available (newer windows version, x86 processor)

FileNotFoundError: Could not find module ‘C:\Users\Len\shiftml_env\Lib\site-packages\vesin\bin\vesin.dll’ (or one of its dependencies). Try using the full path with constructor syntax.
Output is truncated. View as a scrollable element or open in a text editor. Adjust cell output settings...

Is there any way that you could provide a few instructions how this issue may be fixed (do we need to get a windows computer first to even recreate it :D )?
We tried to locally update the latest c++ redistributable https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

But that did not appear to help.

Perhaps just having instructions to build a conda environment could be helpful.
