[LWA] - (Web) Functional tests

Lack of functional tests, currently needs to be done by hand, which takes a lot of time to be carried out.

Describe the solution you'd like
In addition of #537, we would be able to assess the complete user workflow by completing registration, check-in, collection creation and then collaboration, we would be able to assess the whole functionalities of the application.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual testing.
