Thumbnails refuse to display.

Hi,
I checked the diagnostic logs and they are partially non descriptive, but there is one error for every image that I uploaded. The Full images display well but the thumbnails no display.
I get this from the logs....
"Imagick::writeImageFile:104 delegate failed `'cwebp' -quiet %Q '%i' -o '%o'' @ error/delegate.c/InvokeDelegate/1928
App\Image\Handlers\ImagickHandler::save:112 Failed to save image; caused by"

And that's where the error stops.
Please help

Hey i had the same issue, it was my APP_URL which was missconfigured.
I happen to have the same issue when i tried to create cloudPanel next to it.
