User Group Editing and Deletion Issues

Detailed description of the problem

When editing a user group description or title, deleting a user group, or removing someone from a user group nothing happens. I have had this issue since user groups were introduced. I see the requests for these actions in the docker logs but the action is not completed. In these logs I attempted to edit the user group description, delete the user group, and remove a user from the user group in that order.

The delete menu is also missing some text.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Have a Lychee SE instance.
• Have or create 2 users
• Go to User Groups
• Create a user group with your 2 users
• Attempt to remove a user from a user group
• Attempt to edit the group name or description
• Attempt to delete the user group

Browser & System [REQUIRED]

Tested on Zen Browser v1.15.2b on MacOS 26.0 Beta. Also tested on Chromium 137.0.7111.0 on MacOS 15.6.1. Have tested two brand new docker setups and encountered this issue on both.
