Incorrect Embed URL on Embed Photo Stream

Detailed description of the problem

When using the wonderful new Embed Photo Stream feature, Lychee gets the URL wrong. This means that the preview does not work and the embed will not work until the URL is manually corrected.

This may actually be a me issue but I couldn't find anything that could obviously be the issue

Example: URL should be skyehaynes.me/photos/

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to Embed Photo Stream
2. Attempt to view preview/embed code contains incorrect URL

This is probably a "me" issue combined with the tool not supporting sub path (I notice that you are hosting it under lychee.test/photos/ instead of just lychee.test which is probably what is messing it up.

Yeah it's hosted differently to most :(

it is setup the "proper way" with Apache rather than a straight folder

I believe master...cdzombak:Lychee:cdz-fix-embed-base-url fixes the issue; building it to test on my website now, then I'll make a PR. My apologies for this bug, @MissCatTrap!

#3833 should fix this issue as long as Lychee's base URL is set correctly. (@ildyria, perhaps we should add the base URL to diagnostics?)

Note that though I don't have a Lychee instance hosted in a subfolder to test with, I've verified that the change works on https://pictures.dzombak.com .
