Changing app_url results in blurred images

As it says in the title.

I changed the APP_URL in .env from http://192.168.8.128 to http://192.168.8.28 to match the ip change of the host and now all thumbnails are blurred.

I've rebooted the server but makes no difference.

Do I need to update urls within the database also, and if so is there a guide to which tables / columns it will need doing to?

That should not be needed, the url are generated from the short path on the fly using the APP_URL.

It's something to do with the setting, in the web front, under Settings / Cache:

It has 'Enable caching of responses given requests.' enabled by default. If I disable that the images become clear once more. Re-enabling it turns them back to blurred.

Then you can go to the maintenance page, and click on the flush button. That will fix it.
