Incorrect download locations in Model Browser, e.g., ModelsLora and ModelsStableDiffusion

Some time ago (I don't know when or at what version), my Stability Matrix install started using broken download locations in the Model Browser. For example, instead of Models/Lora and Models/StableDiffusion, it now defaults to ModelsLora and ModelsStableDiffusion (no directory separator). It has the same behavior with subdirectories, e.g., ModelsStableDiffusion/Realistic or ModelsLora/Characters. If I use the "Select Download Location" dropdown, I can select "Custom..." and select a directory manually, but the default remains the same. Is this a bug? Or is there something wrong with my setup? I'm using version 2.13.3. I've overridden my Data Directory and Models Folder in Settings.
