How to Install Xformers??

Hey there, i see every start following line:

how do i install it?` i used it when i had comfy manually installed, but i have no clue, how i should edit it. when i put the prompt in the console it doesn't do anything. what do i wrong?

and is this normal?

From the packages page, click the 3-dots menu on the ComfyUI card and select Python Packages. From there you can click the + button and enter xformers --extra-index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu128 (assuming nvidia).

Though if you are on the latest pytorch (2.8.0), there is no compatible xformers version currently, you would need to downgrade torch to 2.7.1 in order to use xformers until they update for 2.8.0.

Hey it somehow worked! thanks a lot idk how, but the error message is gone. now some others are there but they were also there before so. :)
