Cant see Lora in menu

Excellent day, could someone please help?

I am using automatic1111 where I want to use Lora that I have on my computer, I have already put them in their respective folder in the start menu.

Unfortunately I can't find them anywhere on WebUI and the lora: tag doesn't work. So it's unusable

As I usually do in automatic, I installed sd-webui-additional-networks, and civitai helper.

I can see the images of Textual inversion and checkpoints in the list.

do I need to remove them? move my files to a special folder?

It doesn't matter that I can't see them in the menu, I just want to use them.
