It's impossible today to get the team list of a user if you are not connected with this user. For administration task, it could be practical
Describe the solution you'd like
An equivalent to the /api/me/teams for any user with his id, accessible if you are the tenant administrator
Describe alternatives you've considered
Impersonate the user to get his team list, but it's not possible if you are only a tenant administrator and not a daikoku administrator
