[BUG] /move command cant walk on slabs

Prerequisites

• I made sure I am running the latest development build
• I tried to look for similar issues before opening a new one
• I have set debugmessages=true in config to diagnose my issue
• I have redacted session tokens and passwords before attaching screenshots

Minecraft Version

1.20.4

Console Client Version

Latest

Expected Behavior

It Should be able to walk on slab/stairs

Actual Behavior

Console telling me that can not move in that direction

Steps to Reproduce the bug

1. set bot
2. place slab on north side of the bot
3. execute /move north
