Stuck on downloading from vault.omniarchive.uk

Describe the bug
I have a bug. If I'm start downloading any version, I'm stucking on downloading from https://vault.omniarchive.uk resource. But from browser I'm easily can do it. VPN doesn't help.

What OS and Java version are you using? Also, can you please try using v1.1? There have been a lot of commits since v1.0 GUI.

I'm tried 1.1 but i'm still stucking. I'm using Windows 10 and JDK 24
