Re-add Javadoc support #220

Describe the enhancement
In v1.0-pre3 and before, Javadocs present in the mappings files were added to the decompiled source code. In v1.0 and v1.1, Fernflower was rebased to a newer version and the Javadoc providers were never re-added.
Current behavior
When decompiling a version with mappings that have Javadocs, Javadocs are not added to the source code.
