Edit CoC language
Edited CoC language to reflect recent adoption of NumFOCUS CoC; language was adapted from NumFOCUS's suggested text for events: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wI106TvEeLH1KdFYRrUmMmjz10RAQcX3viYPzulZz-k/edit?usp=sharing.
