PISN gap upper limit

I am trying to explore the upper limit of the PISN gap using the MESA test suites ppisn and pisn. However, both runs give me an error message when I try to evolve stars with very large initial masses. For example, I attached the error message produced for a run with M = 200 M☉ using the ppisn test case.
