Are turbulence models (RANS or LES) planned for future releases of MFC?

I have not seen any work that used RANS models in the diifuse interface approach for solving compressible multiphase flows. I wanted to know if this is something that is likely to be included in MFC.

We are not planning to add this at present. If you are interested in adding it, do let us know!

There is indeed some work in the literature on multi-component turbulence models.

Is the process of adding a RANS model to the 5 eqn model same as in single phase flows? I would be vey grateful if you could point me towards this literature.
