Post-action after converting dump to XML.

Usually, a user converts a dump to XML with the purpose of following
loading of this XML. 

It would be convenient if we ask him whether he wants to load
newly-generated XML.

Also, we might call parser if a user tries to load non-XML file (in this
case we may remove menu item "Convert dump").
