Translation for some fields

MISP can handle different language in the UI. However, when it comes to Taxonomies/Galaxies/... we currently don't have translation. Having a field like

    "description": "...",
    "description_fr": "...",
    "description_de": "..."
},

Would be helpful for a bunch of non-english speaking users.

am also interested in this, i feel it's quite important to have translations for taxonomies like tlp etc.. where nuance and intention can be detrimentally lost with poor translation.
