Integrating with PhysioNet

This issue perhaps belongs on https://github.com/MIT-LCP/physionet-build/ rather than here, but we should think about how we would like the tool to be incorporated into PhysioNet. Some options are:

1. Mention Croissant in the submission guidelines and highlight its benefits (e.g. "you might like to generate a Croissant file and include it in your submission...you can use the Croissant Maker package to do this").
2. Provide submitting authors with a "Make Croissant" button during the submission process, perhaps with some configuration settings...e.g. ignore some files.
3. Provide editors with a "Make Croissant" button during the submission process, perhaps with some configuration settings...e.g. ignore some files.
4. Automatically generate the Croissant file during the publication process in a similar way to the "special files", e.g. checksum file.
