I encountered a blocking issue while applying for access to the MIMIC-IV Clinical Database (v3.1).
Expected Behavior: After completing the CITI training, I should be able to find the option to "Sign the Data Use Agreement (DUA)" on the MIMIC-IV (v3.1) project page to initiate the formal application process.
Actual Behavior: Due to an operational error, I followed a link in an email and mistakenly signed the DUA for a completely unrelated project—A Brazilian Multilabel Ophthalmological Dataset (BRSET) v1.0.1. Now, my account state seems to be "locked" to this BRSET project. As a result, I cannot find the DUA signing entry on the MIMIC-IV page. The usual "Request Access" or "Sign Agreement" button is not displayed, preventing me from proceeding with my application.
