Upgrade to 5.1.2

Why these changes are being introduced:
UXWS requested the upgrade to 5.1.2 to address security concerns.

How this addresses that need:
* Update the Dockerfile to pull the new 5.1.2 version of the source
container

Side effects of this change:
None.
