Add Header Row to CSV Files

Thanks for nice data! Suggest adding the following row to the beginning of each of the CSV files:

Time,F3,T_atm,T1,P4,deltaP,P6,Fair,T3,T2,T_r,T_reg,L_sp,T_cyc,T_cyc-T_reg,C_cosg,C_o2sg,P5,V4,V6,V7,V3,V1,V2,F_rgc,F_sc,ACAB,AWGC,F5,F7,F_sg,FV11,P1,P2,F_LPG,F_LN,F_HN,F_LCO,F_Slurry,F_Reflux,T_fra,T_10,T_20,V9,V8,V10,V11

I'm starting to analyze the data in JMP and the headers make the data much more convenient to import.
