No module named 'statsapi'

Hey I have had this issue before and am not really sure how I fixed it then but can anyone tell me what folder statsapi should be installed to. When I look its in venv/lib/python3.11/site-packages. I have pasted it into the main folder and got passed it to then have the same issues with some of the other libraries say that there is no model named that. I am kind of at a loss of whether I should jsut go through and keep copying whatever folder it asks for from venv to the main folder, any ideas would be helpful.

I have just reinstalled with ./install.sh I am now getting bdfparser warning: unsafe_ptrs property isdeprecated and will be removed in Pillow 12 (2025-10-15)

We know about that warning (#595) but it’s safe to ignore for now!

I think its still because of the missing statsapi even though I can see the folder in the venv folder

What command are you using to run the board?

sudo Python3 main.py --led-cols=64 --led-gpio-mapping=adafruit-hat --led-brightness=40 --led-slowdown-gpio=4

Try using a full path to the Python in the bin folder of the venv and see if that makes a difference?

are you saying to do this ./venv/bin/python3 main.py --led-cols=64 --led-gpio-mapping=adafruit-hat --led-brightness=40 --led-slowdown-gpio=4

yes, probably still with sudo. You might also just be able to do sudo main.py without any python first
