Consider adding bit interpretation of fingerprints

Many fingerprints (all descriptors and most hashed ones) in RDKit allow exploration and drawing of fingerprints bits, to aid interpretability. We should consider:

1. How hard would it be to add this (probably would require something more than just NumPy arrays like now)
2. What would be the additional computational cost
