Whisper/Faster whisper

I would love to see a new module that works with Hotword2 that can utilize Whisper or Faster Whisper (users choice) as either a local app or connect to an external endpoint (I have faster whispper running on an another node in a docker and it can perform test to it and such and it works fine) and be able to be utilized by doing something like:

1. You mention mention something like this:
   "Jarvis" Tell me about elephants and it would with help use the Hotword2 module along with a new module (MMM-Whisper) and respond on the mirror with text
   or even going one step further with a third module that would speak it out (MMM-Mimic3 or some other new one).

I'm not sure what exactly you want. Is there any scenario or example that is more detailed?
Currently, this module can catch "Jarvis" and activate some notification triggers for another module. And furthermore, this module can also catch "Jarvis, [some following utterance]" then can deliver that recorded spoken voice as an wav file to another module.
