Re-assign Products to New Categories #39

As a user of the Inventory Management Application, I want to be able to re-assign one or more products to a different category when deleting their existing Category.
Acceptance Criteria:
- A "Re-assign Products to New Categories" dialog is added to the application UI.
- The dialog displays a list of products that need to be re-assigned to a new category.
- The user can select one or more products to re-assign.
- The user can select one or more products to delete.
- The user can select a new category from a dropdown menu with Autocomplete.
- The user can submit the re-assignment by clicking a "Save" button.
- If the user tries to submit the re-assignment without re-assigning or deleting all Products in question, an error message will be displayed prompting them to make selections.
- After the user submits the re-assignment, the affected products are updated in the Products table to reflect the new category assignment.
- The table data is persisted to a database backend.
