Error connecting two DISU models without vertex information in parallel

The interface model logic currently transforms and copies the xc and yc arrays (cell center coordinates) from the connected models, assuming they are always there. This is not necessarily the case for DISU. Instead of reporting an error or working around it, it now leads to a crash.
