Register v0.1.0

Is it time to register 0.1.0? That way we can start tracking the difference between bugfixes and breaking changes. What is missing towards that?

@tinatorabi -- I'd like to register ACEfit.jl in General and before we do that it would be great to register ASP as 0.1.0. Do you think everything is ready to do this?

maybe we can merge your two PRs and then register 0.1.0?

I fixed some issues with OMP locally before resubmitting the paper, but I haven’t pushed those changes yet. Once I push them, things should be ready. I’ll do that now.
